Well, where can I start...Valentine's Day has always been a weird one for me. Somehow I always end up single during February of each year. The last Valentine's Day I can remember celebrating with a special someone was at the age of 17. My casanova/ knight in shining armour turned up at my parent's house with a bouquet of sorry looking flowers and a crooked smile on his face while doing this awkward foot shuffle. Additionally, he was soaking wet from trekking on foot to reach me in the pouring rain. He had no money either so my Mum had to buy us Domino's pizza for dinner and a train ticket for him to get back home. If that doesn't epitomise romance then I'm not sure what does!
I'm intrigued to hear about your stories and what the best and worst Valentine's days you've ever had have been. Do you really need to designate a specific day of the year to show someone you love them?

I love all these photos! They're a good mix of funny, romantic and girly! Hehe that's so cute your story about your Valentine's Day and ordering Dominos pizza. What a fun memory! My favorite part about Valentine's Day is eating chocolates and seeing flowers at every store. Tonight we're celebrating by cooking a fancy meal and having the night in.
