B R E A K F A S T B O W L S

I've been on a bit of a health kick recently.  Having never been much of a breakfast gal, I've decided to make some serious lifestyle changes and make myself a yummy and nutritional treat every morning.  I've experimented loads with quinoa, brown rice, almond milk, coconut milk, berries, cacao- you name it, i've tried it.  Anyhow, here are a few snaps of bowls I loved....give them a whirl!







For a quick fix just heat up some quinoa, throw on some almond milk, cinnamon, chia seeds and any fruit of your choice.  Top if off with a squeeze of honey!
